Miso Lime Noodles

Something nice to make with the dressing.


Ingredients:


Cook the noodles according to package directions. When done, rinse and set aside.

Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender-crisp.

Combine the green onions and red pepper with the still-hot vegetables and noodles, and mix. The idea is to cook the onions and red peppers very slightly using the heat from the other ingredients.

Add the dressing, tofu and sesame seeds. Stir to combine and serve.

Serves six.
