Black Olive Spread
If you're as crazy about olives as I am, you're guaranteed to love this!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups tinned black olives (1 375ml tin, drained) or fresh pitted kalamata olives
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed dried red chilli peppers
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Serve on crackers or use in sandwiches.
