Inspired by a recipe in Simply Heavenly! and the need to use up a bag of vegan white chocolate chips before i simply ate them all out of the bag.
Cream together all ingredients but the flour, then add the flour and mix well.
Drop by the spoonful on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375°F until browned but still soft, about 12 minutes.
The cookies will firm up as they cool, thanks to the obscene amount of margarine.
Yields about 30 cookies.
